Seminars aimed to enhance the teaching skills and well-being of educators, ultimately benefiting their students and the broader educational community.

 Keeping this in mind, a three day seminar on *Gender Sensitivity by Mrs. Anju Talwar and Mrs. Anju Bala, Stress Management by Mrs. Anju Talwar and Mrs.Madhu Dhiman and Capacity Building Programme by subject master trainers* was organised in  *OSDAV Public School Kaithal* for all the subject teachers from EEDP to 12th of the zone under the guidance of  honourable madam Principal *Mrs. Anju Talwar.* 

 

 These programmes likely focused on the following points.

 1. Promoting inclusive and understanding in the classroom and ensuring teachers can create a supportive environment for all the students.

 2. How to adopt different strategies to manage stress both for teachers and the students. 

3. Teacher's competencies skills and enabling them to stay updated with the latest educational initiatives and trends which will help them to enhance Student Learning Outcomes.
