Van Mahotsav came alive with vibrant green spirit on 7th July 2025 at O.S.D.A.V. Public School. The day began with a tree plantation led by Principal Mrs. Anju Talwar, encouraging all to nurture nature with gratitude.Young green explorers from Nursery to Class II enjoyed nature walks, created leaf-and-flower art, listened to the calming “Sound of Earth,” and joined a rally echoing their love for trees.Eco-enthusiasts of Classes III and IV spread awareness through posters and powerful slogans, highlighting the urgency of tree protection.Class VI-C led a power-packed assembly with news, inspiring thoughts, a play in English and another in Hindi, and a soulful group dance portraying the disconnect from our ecological roots. The Block Incharge addressed the gathering, reinforcing the spirit of “Ek Ped Maa ke Naam.”The message was clear — in the race to become modern, we must not forget our roots — our trees.
